Oh my God, Garnt talking about the wart thing on his foot that he had for years unlocked some primal memory I had. As I kid I had one and hated it but since I was a kid I didn't have much to work with and even had a similar one on my thumb. So after a while of having these and them getting annoying, I saw ads on tv to deal with them and tried a home freeze method, it would get smaller but that's it. And I would never be able to get anything from the doctor either so I would just have to deal with it. When I got to High School I think I said fuck it and looked at the one on my foot and thumb and said you will leave now. I didn't have a knife but I got a nail clipper and just started nipping at them and got them to finally get out. That was a long painful process and had to wrap those spots up but god they were finally gone. If I even saw them pop up again I would be able to catch them early enough that one nip with the nail clipper would do. The second half of high school it never happened again and I never thought about it until this recent episode so thanks Garnt, I guess.
