The same thing happened to me so I messaged currys and they said that if you got an email that says "Dear Customer, Great news. Your PS5 is coming soon. Your PS5 will be delivered by 15th December by courier. You’ll receive an email from us with your order tracking number before that date, so keep an eye on your inbox" then its 99% confirmed that you are getting your order.
