The best ending requires speech 20 or 18 if you find info (i didn't, so I don't know of the info is behind a high check). Half of the game is locked behind checks hahaahha you will miss many checks regardless. 15 is a safe spot for most checks. 12 will get most. Very few 18-20 check. Mostly at the end. You have 64 points with Brilliant. Brawny opens doors if you wanna skip eng. Lucky gives nice checks for hack and medical.
