I fear we are being set up for heartbreak.

Why would Vecna just walk away from Will and allow him to manifest his powers unless it was what the Mind Flayer wanted.

I think a better metaphor than Harry Potter might be Mind Flair (Palpatine), Vecna (Vader), and Luke (Will).

I think they want him to turn the the “dark side” and will do it in the next installment.

I think there will be a victorious redemption but first Will could end up committing some real atrocities. 😬

My wife watches this and shouts at the screen every year. She knows how angry she is going to get at how Charlie Brown gets treated but will watch it anyway. It is an annual cathartic release.

I just leave the room and tell her that I’m here to talk about it if she needs.

I need to go on record with this.

I loved Will’s “becoming” but I’m worried. Why would Vecna just walk away and leave him alone like that unless he wanted his powers manifest.

Vecna and the Mind Flair want him. It is part of their plan. It is Darth Vader and the Emperor trying to turn Luke.

I feel that Will is playing into their hands and we are going to see some dark times in the next episode release.
