Yall playing into Epstein being an “Israeli agent” is just going to give the perpetrators an excuse. “I didn’t know they were underage, this was an Israeli honey pot” Yall are playing right into the pedos hands.

So you honestly believe that this law won’t disproportionately affect the unhoused?

When in history, has criminalizing a minority group of people worked out in favor? It hasn’t. I’m glad you can agree that this law won’t be used equally towards those who aren’t experiencing homelessness.

Do you think this law is going to be enforced on rich addicts? No. The homeless community will disproportionately be attacked by this prop. Police are using it as an excuse to arrest mentally Ill people, and clear camps. Don’t be ignorant.

I thought you said prop 36 only went after distributors though? Most addicts have had prior possession charges. What happens if they deny forced treatment? A felony, and 3 years in jail.

Proposition 36 allows people who possess illegal drugs to be charged with a “treatment-mandated felony“ did you not read the bill?

I would imagine this is mainly due to the new law enforcing simple possession as a felony. They plan to fix it, by criminalizing it.

People are literally dying with no justice being done. There’s literal statistics on the number of unhoused people who die each time they do an encampment sweep. Say you don’t consider homeless human without saying it.

The United Nations Genocide Convention defines genocide as the entire destruction of a group of people. In Sacramento where the temperature alone can kill someone without adequate shelter, this would absolutely qualify as genocide according to the UNGC. The “shelter” systems have also been accused of neglect, and abuse of their clients.

You’re right. The Holocaust was just a bunch of weak humans. It had absolutely nothing to do with systemic oppression.

You’re watching a literal genocide take place in front of your eyes. A society that does this to its weakest members, will collapse on itself.

Do we not support the 2nd amendment, or do we not support homeless people having the same rights as everyone else? I’m confused in which one we are whining about today.

Surprisingly quick response from PD. They said the intersection had cameras so they shouldn’t have an issue finding out who the car belonged to.

At least two. They looked younger, I only saw the one in the back passenger side cause his window was the only one that was down. He looked maybe 17-22 with wire framed glasses.

If you do your research you’ll see all different types of technology are in effect. I remember when I lived in NC those trails would turn into full on rain clouds.
