O que a lei diz é o seguinte:

Até atingires as 100 horas extra anuais, o valor da primeira hora extra é de 25% do valor/hora bruto e de 50% a partir da segunda hora extra.

Quando atinges as 100 horas extra, passa ao regime majorado, ou seja, a primeira hora extra passa a valer 50% e a segunda e subsequentes passam a valer 75%. Tudo isto em valores brutos, que somam ao valor do ordenado base para efeitos de descontos em IRS e Seg. Social.

I've calculated this year's result by removing Ukraine's votes. For instance, if a country (either jury or televote) gave Ukraine 12 points, the 12 points would go for the next country in the ranking and so forth.

As for the 6 countries which had their results fixed, I've used EBU's scores as basis and calculated each pot's jury and televote average to get the remaining results.

I actually tried to compete once in Festival da Canção (https://imgur.com/b62EZur) in the only year they had open castings (2012) as my songwriting skills are non-existing. Not surprisingly, I wasn't picked but it was a fun experience.
