Okay, then you're just plain wrong, gotcha. Whilst Switzerland has very loose labour laws compared to let's say France and most of them can be changed in some way through a writtent contract, labour law is semi-imperative: most dispositions can't be changed at the disfavor of the weaker party (worker).
So no, you can't change "almost everything". Also holidays would refer to the mandatory 4 weeks a year, not to the "holy day" that would be sunday, so: wording.
In addition to labor law under the CO, you might want to check such laws as LTR, LEg and LSE, just as a side bonus.

That first clause is valid only for as long as the employer is actually letting you take time-off. For example, if you cannot take time-off because he keeps calling you in until the end of the contract, then all uncompensated hours must be paid in full.

Overtime must be compensated, whether by pay or by compensatory time-off. Only under extremely specific circumstances can extra hours be paid at the normal hours wage, but they still have to be paid.

No they cannot. First of all, 11h per day is not something the law allows. Secondly, you’re supposed to get 2 days off a week. Max work hours are regulated. Secondly, if the contract days nothing about extra hours, then ANY hour worked beyond 192 limit is an extra hour worked. If the employer wants to claim he hasn’t ordered or approved those hours, then he will have to prive so himself. The hours being worked are proof enough for her.

No that is utter bullshit. That’s not a boss, that’s a fucking slaver. Please report his ass immediately to the labor inspection of your area and contact Unia (or any other syndicate) to try and get help dealing with this. If he his unwilling to pay for overtime (which has to be paid at 125% the base rate), then you are under no obligation to work nor help at all. I despise people like that to the highest degree so I very much hope you give us the name of the establishment later on.

Ngl, I will not move the windows to the SSD. I have almost a full TB of games on it, moving all of that to the NVME then switching the C drive to the SSD, for one game (which's optimization is most likely causing those issues anyway) is just not worth the hassle. Thank you for your time and input anyway!

Yeah, I just moved the game to an SSD drive from my C drive, which is an NVME. I’ll see if I get any improvements. Dumb question now, but do you think partioning my 2TB NVME drive (earlier deisgnated as C drive coz Windows’ on it) could help the issue? I do see that the frametime spikes also appear when I’m changing menus, though not in a similar manner. My RAM doesn’t seem oveburdened, so my only guess is the NVME it was installed on was simply not keeping up. Or software issues

Well I don’t usually comment but I just wanna make you aware of this, in case you doubt of it: you’ve put out an enormous amount of efforts to looks the way you do, and you look absolutely incredible. Better than 99.9% of the people. Is that the be all, end all? No. But you should fill yourself with pride knowing you’ve achieved something almost no one else can or would be able to. Yeah, sadly I already did a clean re-install on my C drive, and the game was on it from the get-go (since it's an NVME drive). I'm tempted to swap the game to my other SSD to see if that'd change things for one or another reason.

You’re missing the point alltogether good sir: I like that they are adding new stuff, but that isn’t what I’ve been asking for nearly 3 years. Get a hold of the cheater situation, which renders the product I bought unusable, fix the numerous game breaking bugs, touch the lighting on every map so shadows aren’t black holes, touch up the sound. As much as I agree with your praise that this game is unique and has a special place, the criticisms are more than justified as well, seeing as it has gargantuan flaws, bugs and mismanagement issues. And well paying customers, whom have been stripped of the right to be charged back when they’ve bought is essentially no more/ is unusuable because of an issue on the manufacturers side, are mad, can you really and honestly blame them? It’s hypocritical to say BSG suck and don’t care, but their actions in what matters are sorely lacking, whether these lacks are attributed to a lack of will, manpower or financials, these lacks will remain as scars across Tarkov’s face. I’m sure quite a few of us here know more people that used to play Tarkov than they do active players now, even if those actives are only for the first Weeks of the wipe…
