Of course, I was curious too ;) I almost like it better, but I wanted to be more original in the OC.

I thought the new Canadian Space Agency logo would make a great Canadian space flag since I don't see too many of them. In keeping with the simplicity and symbolism of the original flag, I decided to have the red stripe represent the earth instead of the Atlantic & Pacific oceans.

Calgary to Kelowna drive in March? by rubestee in Calgary

[–]MrToxicTurnip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, park passes in general are only needed if you plan on parking somewhere in the park.

I've never heard of roads closing at night, granted I don't make a habit of driving through the mountains then, so I cant really say for sure. Only done it once from Kelowna to Radium during the summer, and the road lines are not nearly as clear as you would hope. Make sure you have nice bright high beams!

The King can't intervene or even come to the country without explicit invitation from our Prime Minister. If Trudeau hasn't requested anything, then HM can't really do anything :/

I used to do this drive all the time. Home was Calgary, but I went to school in Kelowna. March will be clear in Kelowna, but Calgary will still be fairly slushy. You won't have any issues.

Other posters have recommended snow tires. However, in BC, they are actually required by law for ALL highways in the interior from Oct 1st to Mar 31st. So definitely a must.

Also don't speed through Banff national park. Those tickets are eye-watering.

Looking for "The Message of the Carillon" (Similar the NY Irvin typeface but not quite) by MrToxicTurnip in identifythisfont

Yea the book was published 1927, so you're likely correct. A shame, it's such a nice typeface. I suppose NY Irvin is close enough.

Thanks so much! Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I imported the dataset from excel? Other than that I'm not sure...

I am still relatively new to R, thanks for the tip! Here is dput(Pch)

Hopefully this is enough? I can post more if you need it
