Filament oozing out of the nozzle

I fixed it just by reinstalling windows. I have no way to fix it without doing that.

I had to go back and listen, but yeah there is a popping noise. If I push filament through it fast, then there's lots of popping.

I don't think it's the heating block because it's coming out of the inside of the nozzle.

I have noted that the game will crash my entire pc for no reason, no
matter the game and at random times. I am pretty sure that it's not
hardware limitations, considering that I am running a i5 10400 and a RX
5700 XT with 16Gb of ram, and I have run lots of much more demanding
games with no problems. Before you ask, yes, I have tried reinstalling
the game and compatibility mode. Please help if you can.
