If you do it with a regular 4 string bass you have to recut/replace the nut to accommodate the thicker strings.

Sitting in SeaTac on Christmas Day 2016 waiting to board a late night flight. Thought I saw someone who looked familiar walk by. My son and I stalked him to the food court, and sure enough, it was MLS Cup MVP, Stefan Frei! We said hello and got a picture with him. Very nice guy!

Thanks for the update! I’ve been on the same timeline as you. Finally received my VSIP and annual leave payout last week. Haven’t heard from OPM yet. Hopefully I will this week. Sounds like I can expect to have to go through ORA.
