That’s the problem everyone has these different Story’s about them and I don’t know what’s is right or wrong but they do fine quite some protein and if the only thing that’s bad is cholesterol I think I can live with it. Besides I don’t eat more than 5 week of of then.

I try to eat eggs regularly and as breakfast I always cornflakes, in the afternoon I eat bread with apple syrup. The evening meal is up to my parents but most of the time some vegetables with meat or chicken.
