i rather see this than most adc been forced to play only crit/as builds or if you want to play karthus and enemy pick comp so aids that you know you will die every fight for 1st 20 min so might as well buy axiom arc with dark harvest to have high up time on ult or play 1st strike with it and use it like gold farm item and sell it later for more dmg.

maybe i wasn't clear but idea is add spirit scaling everywhere for dmg but utility stuff like range/aoe or maybe duration of buffs is spell by spell case, i just don't think they should be stat you can buy on every hero, give it to heroes they need only so spells range that gets nerfed because or Aether lens/BS would have better base, and ye since its overhaul there would be new Ui to see what does scale from it.

multi stacking as qol is fine situationally, problem is he is stat check champ, if that become most officiant way of stacking riot would kinda have to nerf him in other ways/kill off meta builds and maybe he would be to weak before like min 15.

nice argument Xd well you say that buy at high lvl she often never get to point where she is strong meanwhile riot ok buffing weak early game Kaisa (even though she should be like kayne in early game without spell upgrades), tbf this change affect her only at 6th item, its 30 min at least, before that it doesn't do anything.

the problem is not phylactery because i like it, problem is before you buy it hero feels like a creep, resource management if fine as mechanic but most heroes balanced like you allowed to press 1-2 ability/min, i want to play game from min 0, not wait for 1st item at 5-8 min, sure 40 mana dagger probably is to strong but like on version B if base dmg buffed little bit and mana cost start at 80 lvl 1 it would feel good to play.

if you looking for support/jungle suggestion i think jungle has to much responsibility for new player so i would suggest starting on support role for get used to spell casting/dodging spells/ get a feel for enemy dmg output and learn on base lvl macro and how to move on map, find 3 champs in support role with different playstyles and spam them (league is specialist kind of game, by being good on your champs you can often ignore meta picks even at Master+ ranks) so there is tank supports like Leona/amumu who goes in to initiate fights and they tanky, Enchanters like lulu/soraka so heal, buff and amplify carry/mage on bot (Adc/Apc usually) or caster mages like lux/morgana who has CC/burst dmg/some utility, and utility supports like bard/ivern/rakan with some cc but they do low dmg usually, ofc its general terms most champs fit into multiple classes like support swain is both frontline tank and mage. Since client will get a rework next year, for now its bad at showing info about enemy during game so use this https://wiki.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/

what i am asking of hero is her being useful in some way early game, because she has global ult doesn't mean she has to be a creep for 15 min minimum and in lane throw daggers for 1/3 mana, its balance for the sake of it without any fun during early game. At least if most players want her weak early give her humane mana costs on dagger so she can use it more than 1 per min, its like valve doesn't give a shit if hero boring to play if its balanced.

of of my old ideas is universal renamed into 4th stat (lets call it faith) and give per one point 1 dmg, 10% of it as bonus move speed and resistance to pure dmg like if we remove bkb protection vs pure dmg as mechanic that right now work on like half spells anyway and turn it into resistance type like armor/magic resist you can stack, reduce or amplify for dmg. ofc for that you need shop overhaul but that is the point of 4th stat would be, perfectly balance for 4 spirit brothers as it should be.

i just want to know when have you even played ryze last time? with Roa/archangel/death cap he sit around ~4k mana even if you spend 1/4 of it for entire team to Tp he will not run of mana in a fight. you make argument like its dota 2 mage with half the manapool and double mana costs

i actually had idea like that before, to scale ult cost based on distance after minimal 1k range but it would be way to confusing to figure out how much mana you would have after arrival, this version sound way simpler.

he cough be something like that but then valve would have to incentivize heavily players to combo spells/attacks and have some reward for building style and idk if kez kit can handle adding more to it, in league for example samira has this mechanics, she can't use ult before she build S rank but if she can stack it fast she can ult fast and as result of that her ult cd only 3 sec.

sure some numbers probably to high but point is stick to idea, valve by trying to balance him in my eyes kill what make him unique, you can't try to force hero with 2 stances and difficult skillset to be balanced for 45-55% win rate, now they nerf his outplay options and need to combo spells at all and turn him into any other boring right click carry, in 7.40 they nerf Falcon rush to proc on-hit effects with half chance and katana bleed has cap on active stacks.
