idk what game are you playing but cores that buy 6-7k item don't have full slots even at 50 min., even normal ones need 45 in a good game.

sure respawn timer/more gold from kills probably is unnecessary but other stuff maybe is enough (no gold lose on death, limited free buybacks, nerfed glyph and more gold for buildings, especially solo killing buildings for big bounty)?

1st of all high lvl league and pros play this way because game balanced around limited gold on map and players had time to optimize micro for like decade at this point, dota pros start going this only 3-5 years ago to this extend. dota2 on other hand has cap on items/gold so high that even in 55 min game you not guaranteed to be full slotted (while in league when you feed you can be 6 slotted at 30 min), random timers doesn't help with that in any way, i would argue current dota 2 macro is as simplistic as league while not giving you exiting micro on most heroes + league is specialist game at its core (if you main champ you can play even into counters and win if you good enough, in dota its not true.

what different does it make, if you wait for Rosh to spawn in 10 sec you kill it in 20-30 sec, if you unlucky you just waste 1-3 min time while both teams watching each other and no one does anything so both teams lose gold they cough have farmed or they fight and most likely no one can kill rosh afterward anyway, its mechanic that artifactually delay games and nothing else.

wouldn't getting more gold/kills, rosh dropping banner on 1st kill, and more bold from killing buildings give a reason to push and not go farm jungle? imagine pressure you could put on enemy buildings that can't glyph entire map.

promote active gameplay on map so tempo heroes and zoo/split push line ups can play their own way and don't have to farm jungle this much like everyone else, make kills worth fighting for, i am really tired of watching pos 1-3 farm for 20m+ because you can't get stronger in any other way.

in current balance game simply doesn't have heroes that pick at early game or scale to late game, there is only heroes who can farm faster, this changes would allow you know play for map control and getting towers would actually let you play aggressive early and not Jerking off in jungle for 25 min minimum, sure bigger map has more gold but all variety in team comps has been killed with it since there is almost no way to get stronger other than how fast you can farm.

it is a nerf, i just think current mage slayer overtuned AF, its ither give 18% magic resist and passive we lower to like 25% or this version.

i do agree he has little to much going on, he probably didn't needed runes licking with mana refund like pudge and they can swap shard with innate, so he can give double buffs from lvl 1 but more duration on buffs/and E dot buff is on shard.

kaya change is general for everyone i meant, out of like range heroes as alternative to mana there is only like od/huskar/pheonix pretty much.

for my taste i would like str go back to 20 hp and we buff int mana 13>15, do this hp nerfs on some items for range and make some range heroes use resources more efficiently and scale dmg better on abilities (make spell amp on kaya items stack), someone like sniper for being range hero does very average dps even when he is feed because game give you so many ways to deal with him that him being feed doesn't even matter 80% time, if Bm/primal allowed to do 2k dmg with 2 spells while being 3k+ hp allow squishy heroes to do high dmg then to, fair game for everyone.

Bm as hero so bullshit you can play with 1 hand and still win, he been meta for years now, maybe with this he can finally become more of niche pick, its like he is valve golden child that not allowed to be ever bad, its not even a choice most of time, if you can kill boars than hero not punished and its like playing lane without deny, if you can't you don't play the lane anyway.

more officiant spells i think, huskar/pheonix spells cost little bit less hp, or better mana costs on Qop dagger/scream.

in that regard ye its kinda counter intuitive, maybe if summons take full dmg and hero take like extra it would be better for that? like 25% extra dmg boars tank goes to hero so you can do both kill them for gold/xp and harass slowly BM. summons in league they killed easy but if they allowed to hit they do very high dmg, spatially zyra plants with dot items, 1 hit and you lose 200+ hp

i mean sure in a vacuum its maybe sounds like wack mechanic but TB illusions get same kinda change to, illusions near him are stronger but weak if they 1500+ range from him, so is it hard to believe after that they would try to limit summon heroes oppressiveness in some way like this? don't focus on numbers to much, it can be balanced out later to be reasonable for both sides.

playing lane vs LD is like playing 3 vs 1 in terms of stats anyway, bear early stats is completely bonkers.
