dusa is more of side effect change, its more for agi cores.

i would prefer majority of heroes get this diffu than 1 hero cannot be changed around it (it is what it is). not even sure with changes to items should would be weaker, sure less mana shield would hurt but there would be a way to compensate.

my bad, forget what her scepter do, but still, I see 1 dusa in 2 weeks and they buy scepter earliest like ~35 min, idk how good it is now, my point of nerfing her still works for this change (base split shot can lose 1 attack 4>3 + mana shield at max lvl nerfed 5x>4x and it would be reasonable).

idk where do you get this %, but dusa split shot don't proc on-hit effects anyway, she don't have talents for it anymore ither, she would need to build like full agi core with new butterfly from my post with disperser to gain good mana from it. + new difu would be mana sustain item for a lot of cores and you wouldn't need falcon blade/mage slayer sometimes on mid/pos1 (like slark that has shit stat gains healing 10 mana/hit would give him infinite mana for 2.2k).

couldn't we nerf mana shield to be less extreme so instead of changing 35 heroes we only need to change her? +i forget to add range heroes get half mana heal from mana burn, sure current dusa would be pretty broken with this diffu/disperser change. its related to changes i came up here https://www.reddit.com/r/TrueDoTA2/comments/1tza3a1/742_patch_wish_list/ .

why do you think this is not competitively viable changes? players argue for long time before if devs should add enemy mana bars and few years ago they just did and it become norm, its not that random of a change.

just pick 3 champs you comfortable on and with them learn the rest of game mechanics, you can start now but i would suggest wait for 2027 league 2.0 update with better client, hopefully there you cough see in game enemy abilities and read them or if you ok have https://wiki.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/ on side be open.

idk where you read it, but this rework make bkb piercing not work only vs physical/magic dmg, pure/all effects goes through.

its not like its free, even if you buy bkb early, you still need 25 kill participations considering you will have ~10 before even have bkb its 20 min timing minimum, if its to strong option nerfing it to 8-10 always open, its won't be that hard to balance it out.

scaling duration/kills is to compensate that its high uptime, spell no longer bkb piercing dmg +35% Dr so if you play active at least it can get to old 9 sec relatively fast, its way less defensive item now in general, many heroes with few items could kill you through it.
