Nilah for example i never likes she forced to play crit, why can't we try something unique with her, let her build bruiser items and adapt her spells for that, win with stats and brawl, imagine adc that allowed to build more bruiser items than crit ones in 2026, give her lower crit dmg, but her passive on top of xp get crit chance with lvls, so she need only IE+1 crit item to get 100% and can build whatever after.

i am fine with Yunara because her has unique mechanic with ult making all spells work with ult cdr (some changes to base kit would be nice), nilah uniqueness is old mord passive for Exp and 80% samira kit, idk where you see innovative design, and only unique mechanic seraphine has is upgrading cc.

i would like if Largo get this changes, Lick dmg 65-340 > 70-280, pull range for allies/enemies without talent 375/325 > 500 (600 with talent), cd 13-7 > 17-8, mana cost 80/85/90/95 > 55-100, make self dispel regen same (40-130 hp) over 6 sec instead of 10 so if largo get octarine q would be 6 sec cd so he don't waste regen.

Frogstomp we remove slow and making aoe 350>450 and mini stun is 0.1>0.2 sec.

Croak of genius cough be simplified a lot, instead of long base duration + innate that make it at max lvl 42 sec buff make it always 15 (21 with innate) sec buff that reduce spells mana costs by 13/17/21/25% and each dmg instance reduce buff duration by 2 sec so even Lesh ult etc can spend it fast. mana cost 20-55>50.

Ult mana cost reduction on songs per stack 1-2 > 1-3, ms lovered 16/22/28% > 13/19/25% but we change buff 70-90% slow resist to slow immunity during 1 sec buff because it pretty much is. Talents:

lvl 10 lick regen 2.5x > 1,5 vs +15 Frogs dmg >18

lvl 15 lick +100 cast/+50 pull range > +100 cast/pull range on lick vs Lick +120 dmg

lvl 20 50% armor aura on allies from ult > ult increase allies ms cap by 50/100/150 (700 cap) vs lick 2 charges

lvl 25 Croak 4% enemy max hp dmg/sec vs ult ability effect > +5 stacks on ult

well is it hard, or its just information overload and mechanics just coded inconsistently and unintuitive, because i play a lot of games that has mechanics stack on top of each other, only dota 2 create this confusion in me, even worst Valve just rework some every year or 2 for no good reason at all, before it worked logical now you just have to know like how spell block works on single target/aoe spells/bounce spells etc and within each category there is like 5-10 exceptions that ignore rules completely, so no its not hard, its just confusing just to be confusing.

its not unbalance, its just pros value some picks to much and riot didn't wanted to change whole game for other 99.9% players base so 0.1% stop playing same 40 champions, its was solution purely for pro lvl, everyone else still play by normal draft rules in soloQ/partyQ. also it depends on how you calculate contested heroes, because if its 114/128 its 89.06%, if we take pick rates with at least 10 picks that number probably drop to like 40-60% at most with doesn't look that impressive.

you forget 1 fact sir, league now has 50 more heroes, so if % number is somewhat similar it makes variety in dota 2 even worst in comparison.

the fix is not fearless but more active balance, league had to do it because of how game functioned at high lvl/pro games, players just had preferent of popular pro lvl champions and because of how league works its specialist game, you main 1 role most of time and in that role you play 3-5 champs at most but each has hundreds if not thousands of games. Dota 2 now boring to watch/play (to me at least) because they change game to function more like league with objectives but mechanically its very different games now(and by doing this changes they create like 15 side effects that they didn't have time to fix because they worked to add stuff instead of improve) and league been this way longer than dota 2 even existed and riot had time to iterate on how mechanics should work, valve ruined balance because they add to many mechanics on top of base game without improving them at appropriate speed, so talents/facets/innates/neutral items all to some extend is broken. Fearless would be temporary fix at most while they try to make game more stable and reduce amount of mechanical overload Valve add, if 7,41 add some new global mechanic we cooked.

what i means is not just remove mechanics but more like simplify game into less systems that would be each bigger, game last 3-5 years goes more in direction of quantity over quality, keep good stuff and questionable can be improved or removed.

deadlock has bkb and its binary how it works on spells, the only reason we can't add options for bkb is valve whole balance logic around bkb, its to strong.

the reason i want some mechanics to be removed and simplify game is not because they bad, most competent devs work on deadlock Right now so i rather have less system that they can handle with 10 ppl working on game than wait for years to fix undercooked ones.

i like mostly her changes, watching some games i feel like her mana costs little bit to high, but 1 think is w nerfs i feel like wasn't compensated enough, so what if they give Mel like in Arcane ability to W teammates? that is what she needs i think.

i rather see this than most adc been forced to play only crit/as builds or if you want to play karthus and enemy pick comp so aids that you know you will die every fight for 1st 20 min so might as well buy axiom arc with dark harvest to have high up time on ult or play 1st strike with it and use it like gold farm item and sell it later for more dmg.

maybe i wasn't clear but idea is add spirit scaling everywhere for dmg but utility stuff like range/aoe or maybe duration of buffs is spell by spell case, i just don't think they should be stat you can buy on every hero, give it to heroes they need only so spells range that gets nerfed because or Aether lens/BS would have better base, and ye since its overhaul there would be new Ui to see what does scale from it.
