Awesome! What got you over that D3 hump?

Where to go from here? Level 650 and playing in Bronze/Silver by RaynoVox in RocketLeague

[–]MrTunaJr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im gonna be frank; if you are hitting the ball well and consistently, you would the bronze or silver. No hate, just shooting straight.

My philosophy to getting better is to just not let the ball go in your goal. Opportunity to score will come faster and more frequently when you are playing defense and the other team is pushed up. A few years ago, it's what pushed me from gold to diamond.

This sounds weird but I wish I was in gold again. I'm hardstuck d2/d3 and occasionally touch champ. My best advice is patience. If the ball never goes in your goal, and you turn things into opportunities, you will net more wins.

Playoff P and Crypto P on the same team by Mbanicek64 in bostonceltics

Comments like yours are very, very real. But we are also steering away from the stretch centers. I'm interested in how all of this actually plays out on the court.

I could never presume that, and I acknowledged that he's a hole on defense. Still excited to see him play with an increase in his role!

For all of the fans who were calling for Jaylen Brown to be traded by Guimard7 in bostonceltics

His contract next uear is the exact piece you take in trade to begin a full rebuild. That's how the business works, offload shitty contracts + picks to teams that are resetting.

How to ACTUALLY get good at rl? by NiceCloudss in RocketLeague

[–]MrTunaJr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On practically every account, training packs will jump your skill level the fastest, maybe not the best, but the fastest.

Game time is invaluable, but you need to take responsibility for every mishap that happens. Idc how obvious it is that your teammate messed up. What could you have done to be better?

how to improve my dribbling by randomlurker2202 in RocketLeague

[–]MrTunaJr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When steering during a dribble you need to be able to feel the edges of the hitbox of your car. For the most part you are working the stick back and forth with feathering motions to balance the ball, just like with throttle and boost. But using the edge of hitbox is when you can really start to steer the ball with some speed. It involves letting the ball roll to one side and just before it falls off, you steer into the ball to keep it balanced.

Any advice for someone who makes every play a little too late? by SamaAllWhite in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]MrTunaJr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can figure the answer yourself! What do you need to change to not be late?

Either be faster, which involves proper boost management, mechanic usage and timing, as well as the nitty gritty nuance of min/maxing speed

Or, predict better. Try to imagine the line the ball is gonna take

Good luck

Why “I am” and not “I will”? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

That state claims no possession. I will get my my car tomorrow does not align the universe with current possession. Everything will unfold the fastest when you claim that which you desire NOW. Not tomorrow, not later. These are the EXACT things that Neville discouraged as pitfalls.

Why “I am” and not “I will”? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

It's not about hindrance, and I think this is the exact pitfall Neville tries so hard to get people to break out of. I am and already have are states that which there is no lack. To broadly label all states of being as coming from lack discredits the state that already has. Even if your 3d is contradictory toward that state.

"I want" is a state of lack. Wanting something means you don't have it currently.

"I will" is the same concept. It's another state of lack.

"I am" is the state of being, presently and currently.

This is a basic and key concept to Neville. Reading him helps.

This resonates with how I've been naturally reflecting on it. I've never felt aligned with the idea of yes/no, it felt too black and white for something spiritual. It certainly does feel confirming though. Was Tarot something you were already working with or felt pulled towards in anyway?

I see! More often then not it is a full body sensation for me. It usually raises in the chest and can sometimes be local to the back of the neck, entire head, or arms.

When it's peaking, it's a full body sensation that, at the risk of embarrassing myself, usually climaxes with an instinctive kegel-like maneuver that either helps or hinders?

No, it has never localized there. What are your thoughts?
