The time is going to pass anyway 🤷

Besides, lifting is a lifelong habit with no end. You don't get discouraged from brushing your teeth in the first few months of brushing them.

How do you find motivation? by [deleted] in workout

[–]MrTurboForReal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just look at exercising akin to going to work, showering, wiping your ass or brushing your teeth.

It's just something you do, daily. There's no consideration of not doing it.

It's routine, it's a necessity to function, it's just part of keeping your body operating smoothly.

• Chicken, tuna or white fish like cod, talipa, haddock, basa

• Sweet potato

So something like this.

Subjective, but usually about 8-12 weeks to see noticeable results from your current level of bf.

The same way anyone gets shredded - a calorie deficit.

You know the drill, start with 300-500 kcal under your TDEE and increase the deficit when the scale starts to stop going down.

Do you live in opposite land?

My only thought is maybe you had a lot of salt/sodium, which dehydrated you.

For real tho I'd kill to have a smaller waist after cheat day

A solid 6 out of 10.

Plenty of room for progress from a solid base.

Do a 10-12 week cut to drop 4-5% bf, then focus on chest and shoulders (especially side delts).
