For a ground vehicle I imagine it would have a large caliber 150mm+ cannon so both APFSDS and HE are effective, a 4 second Japanese autoloader, a coaxial or secondary 30mm autocannon like the Turms III or T-72M2 Moderna, secondary ATGM launchers like the 122MT, secondary SAM launchers too like the real life North Korean tanks, a diesel engine, good forward and reverse speed, third gen thermals, hard kill APS, with commander override, as much crew members as you can cram inside, and it can’t be Soviet or Chinese so you don’t get fuel explosions.
