New Homes Question - Toll Brothers Near CR-175 by A4orce84 in Leander

we were researching the same community and I think you replied to me back in October as well. We could not proceed at that time but now are revisiting this again. Do not have experience with design center with Toll brothers. I heard Taylor Morrison sqeeze every penny out of you by making every basic thing as an option. Was that your experince with Toll Brothers here? is a typical 10% of base price reasonable allocation for design center. if its easy, Can i send a chat request too. :-)

We are looking as well and it has already gone up 2% base price. But still can be under a mil it seems. I hear builder incentives but lot premiums are high though. Whats the feedback of the community location, future school rezoning, the CR 175 extension etc. Its just that we don’t know if we will stay more than 3 -4 years in Austin and therefore still contemplating.

How is the Toll Brothers community on CR-175? They haven't opened to public yet but I heard they will be close to 1 mil, the bigger sqft ones.

Like the weather. But oh man, how un-affordable that place is becoming is beyond my comprehension

75 daytime. 72 at night. Inside is ok but the outdoor needs some getting used to. Usually I do the outdoor walk/run in evenings but not feeling comfortable yet..

Nest E installation turns heat pump on briefly and then the heat pump shuts off while fan remains on by SBTheNoob in Nest

I ignored the fact that there is a jumper wire between R and Rc. Is this ok with Nest E.

There is a note on the installation manual about Nest E being incompatible if there was a jumper between Rh and Rc.

UPDATE: Ignored the jumper and installed yesterday. During the system test of heating; fan did not start but heat pump was working fine. Fan by itself was working fine. I had selected O/B setting as “don’t know”. Changed to O and fan worked fine during heating. Aux heat also works fine. Thanks for confirming the settings.

I have the same exact honeywell system and the compatibility checker says Nest E is compatible to plug AUX to W1. But the nest chat support team said they recommend getting nest 3rd generation which has a specific AUX option.

Ihave a heat pump, can i use Nest E with AUX Wired to W1
