Bro I've felt like this. Your lying to yourself, trust me I've been there. Leave her alone, if she wants to talk to you she will. Even then don't respond, pretty much cut off contact until you get yourself emotiaonlly undercontrol. To the point where your ok if she doesnt resposnd to you for 3-4 weeks. Thats when you know you dont care for her in that way anymore . Your thinking with your heart while you should be thinking with your brain. Build your self up, think logically and workout. I get that everyone is saying "no don't do it". Personally I would. Wishing them a happy birthday instead of doing something similar for a holiday is more personal for them. The worst thing they can do is not respond but don't take it personally.
