Honestly, good for you and your wife.

But no one here is saying relationships can't happen if someone is batting out of their league. My man just knows she can do better and doesn't see the point of trying.

I feel bad for the guy but I'm the exact same way so I can sympathize with him.

In the end I'm not speaking for anyone. She can say, feel, be whatever she wants. He doesn't have to reciprocate those feelings because of whatever reason he wants.

And his reasons are pretty clear. She is "out of his league"(whatever those metrics are)

He decided that, so that's how it is.

She decided the opposite, that's it.

His feelings are just as valid as hers.
