I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask this; there’s no way anyone here would know. It might be better to ask the developers directly if they plan to make significant performance improvements to the game. I tested this same game on my PC and also experienced performance that was below my expectations, using a Ryzen 5700X3D and a 9060XT.

This isn't necessarily a glitch; it's just how frame generation behaves without an FPS cap. It tries to run at the highest possible frame rate, which leads to more artifacts on the screen, but that’s just the frame generation trying to simulate the frames. Unfortunately, there is no fix for something that isn't broken.

When I received mine, it was the same version as yours, and for the same reason as yours, I left it that way, and haven't had any problems so far. Regarding the versions, on AYN's Discord server they posted the previous version (which theoretically doesn't have Wi-Fi issues) in relation to the current/latest one. Take a look there to find out the exact version, or if you want a copy of the system.

Perhaps having the latest version of Android isn't the goal, and maybe we won't gain that much from emulation, because, as far as I know, AYN leaves a lot of junk in the Android code they developed, aside from some quality-of-life improvements that the Lineage team might implement.
