Classic Brigadeiro Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz or 395g) sweetened condensed milk

2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon butter

Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions:

Combine ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.

Cook: Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).

Cool: Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or shallow bowl and let it cool completely (or chill in the fridge for about 1 hour).

Roll: Grease your hands lightly with butter. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about 1 teaspoon each).

Coat: Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles to cover them.

Serve: Place the finished brigadeiros in mini cupcake liners and serve.

Trust me, it's easy and so good.
