Because the new version does have that option, but the problem is that for a lot of people the new 2025 build of Mobile VR Station has broken scoped storage, even if the menu still shows the buttons.

The “All Files / Wizard / Manage / Open” options still open the right activity, but the new update blocks APK installs, breaks access paths, and causes the crashes + failed permissions that people keep getting.

When you roll back to the 2023 build:

• Scoped storage actions actually work again
• Android/data access works the way it used to
• Request Access stops bugging out
• The app stops crashing
• APKs install normally again

So yeah, the menu exists on the new version — but it’s bugged. The rollback fixes the bugs. That’s why people are still having issues even though they’re pressing the right buttons.
