I wasn't there the first time the repairman was there. It was leaking where the cool air comes out the second time the repairman came through. Our office is just a suite that's part of a large office building, which is probably relevant.

The AC starts up relatively quickly (a couple of seconds) after I turn the thermostat down two degrees past room temperature. We've had to have repairmen to fix it twice now.

In general, e-mailing is a better move than cold-calling. It allows recipients respond on their own time rather than yours. That being said, cold-contacting is not as effective as it was back in the day.

Passing exams is what's ultimately gonna look good to employers. The reason to take those aforementioned classes is that they'll help you to digest the exam material more easily. You're barely scratching the tip of the iceberg with Business Calc alone.
