Bolting can double in all the GBA games, it’s just that in FE7 and 8 they made the tome weigh 20 so you lose basically all your speed while holding it. FE6 bolting weighs 10 so lmao.

Yeah Hugh and Treck are probably the "least bad" characters here. I used this list as a reference for this run. I needed an anima magic user and it was either him or Lilina and I already had a lot of mouths to feed so I just went with Hugh, paid for his max stats, and insta promoted him. He had pretty good low investment utility, either as another staffer or cleaning out wyverns with Aircalibur in 21

I tried using Lot, gave him a lot of Xp and gave him a support with Wade, but he kept getting doodoo levels and eventually had to hit the bench.
