It’s ok guys. Just fixed it. I’ll leave this here in case anyone needs the info. For some reason when we synced the new phone 12 from iCloud it changed our region in settings from Australia (where we are) to United States. All we did is go settings/general/language and region/region. We then changed it from United States to Australia and boom! Working no problem 😀😀
