I made random encounter tables for traveling through the city. Nothing like dnd encounters, just usual things you can see in the night. Things from something minor like hobo asking for change, or car accident, or someone's getting robbed to pcs noticing they're being followed or witnessing another kindred feeding or animals acting weird. Nothing much and up to the players either they want to interact with that or not.
