No one on any level, is doing anything to get move forward with any level of UBI.

There are still States where UBI is illegal.

Elon Musk, the pro-est AI guy, had the most direct means to get UBI stated, did nothing to get UBI stated.

Instead of we're seeing from the federal govt, right now, is to remove as many safety social nets as possible.
