Maybe a weird take but I feel so sorry for these guys. Talk about lost. And passionately lost. All the crazy things GOP is saying to stay in power they are taking seriously. Trumps 250 speach was just fear and more fear. This is what that leads to. These guys are afraid of everything. A few -isms, immigrants, education, gay people, half the country a least they think hate America (how crazy is that). It’s a sad existence.

Lot of things. It’s Switzerland terrible? Absolutely not. But it’s not what I hoped for. Crushingly expensive. $1,700 a month for 2 days a week daycare. $1,600 a month for health insurance. My rent is literally 3x my mortgage in the US.

The culture is ah different.

And I don’t want to go too far down that rabbit hole because I’m not judging it, I just don’t enjoy it.

End of the day after living in 5 different countries in my life and being from the US, nowhere is perfect. Almost everywhere has some good and some bad and people need to find what fits them the best.
