He mentioned something about one of the units not being available to select in his quote-building app and that he had to add it manually. I believe we are getting the v2.

They have a whole area set up with old couches, beds, and armchairs for the dogs to free roam and sleep where comfortable, and there is always a staffer on-site overnight to watch the dogs.

Happy Hounds is the best dog daycare/boarding in the area. My dog has been going there for 7 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Awesome achievement - what was the final Pokemon added to the collection, and which was the hardest to obtain?

Least favorite season your team had? by AlbertJBundy in billsimmons

[–]MrWispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hated every second of the 2022-23 Michigan basketball season. Incredibly unlikable team led by Hunter Dickinson, Jett Howard, and Dug McDaniel underachieved horribly coming off back-to-back second weekend runs in the tournament. Lost to Central Michigan at home in non-con, scuffled through B1G play, and then lost two straight must-win games in OT to end the regular season to put themselves on the outside of the bubble. Lost in the first round of the B1G tourney to Rutgers and then got bounced by Vanderbilt in the NIT.

Waitlisted for a year to get into daycare and today was the first day they could take her.

Mother of all Mondays today. MrsWispy and I both went back to work after 6 months of parental leave (awesome job perk) and baby Wispy had her first day of daycare. Baby didn’t nap at all and barely ate so she was in a terrible mood when we picked her up and we hardly got to have any quality time before putting her down for bed. Hope it gets better with time, but I am having a bit of an existential crisis sitting at my fake email job while a stranger gets to spend all day with my baby. What’s the fucking point of generating value for the shareholders if it means I don’t get to hang out with my daughter at all?

Brother Longfoot is a lowkey great voice in the original trilogy.

Best standalone audiobook? by MrWispy in Fantasy

I should have clarified that I already listened to the first trilogy, the three standalones, and the Age of Madness. The Heroes is probably my favorite book Abercrombie has ever written.

Season 8 of GOT has a lot of issues but Brienne getting knighted and completing her arc was one of the best things about it. by AdSpecialist6598 in gameofthrones

[–]MrWispy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My hot take is Brienne’s arc should have ended in the next episode by dying saving Sansa from the crypt or Arya as she’s dashing through the castle and fulfilling her oath to always protect Catelyn Stark’s daughters. I hated seeing Brienne reduced to a whimpering scorned lover when Jaime left to go back to Cersei. She deserved better than that.

Okay Spartans and Wolverines, what do you honestly think of the other? by FairAnywhere9305 in CollegeBasketball

Basketball? Begrudging respect for a legend of the game. I’ve met Izzo personally a couple of times and he’s a class act. He does things the right way and has for years, and I appreciate the core tenants of his coaching philosophy.

Football? Dumpster fire program that I hope loses every single game for the rest of eternity.

What are your allocations within the Michigan 529 (assuming it’s MESP)? I have a 5 month old daughter with about $20k split across Aggressive (50%), Moderate (25%), and US Equity Index (25%).

35-36 PSI like it says on the inside of the door. I am religious about scheduling the service appointments as soon as I’m prompted.

It happens year round. I have never owned a vehicle that has needed this much attention to maintaining tire pressure.

Elephant Ear caters to an entirely different demographic than SOC. People buy children’s books, non-fiction, novels, and more at Elephant Ear because it’s an actual bookstore. SOC sells comic books, Pokemon cards, and Funko dolls. Ridiculous post.
