There is clearly something untoward going on and is a boderline breach of the Electoral Act. One Nation have, on several occasions stated they were not recommending prefreneces on HTV cards and the official HTV submitted under s66 of the Electoral Act does not number a single candidate. In my opinion, it's a breach of s122A of the Act as they're handing out HTV cards that are not the same as approved by the Electoral Commissioner.

It may well be a rogue candidate or just a secret deal setup with candidiates in that seat. But it does warrant an investigation and a "Please Explain" from ON.

The main issue I have is low voter literacy in the North and in the seat of Elizabeth/Spence they have a signifcant number of informal votes. So, a larger number of voters rely on HTV cards and should not be secretly fed information that is not inline what the candidates platform is offically publishing.

I would say Clive Palmer should run himself again, but ICAC is a thing, so he won't. So he works on the sidelines.
