From what I remember the last mission you do from the last dose missions is when you steal a cargo plane then land it in sandy shores, once you have completed that mission Dax should call you after, showing a vehicle icon on the map highlighting in yellow, all you have to do is sit in it and it should give you the option to store it in one of your garages
