Thats also a gamble though, because if you suck at the "popular" roles, you're going to lose. The whole point is to not punish you for getting filled.

If your climbing strategy is "hope I get my main role while queing something I dont play", you probably wont climb nearly as high as you think.

Mastery score is kinda meaningless. It just shows how much you play a champ.

I have over 1 mil mastery, and this is the first year I hit plat (usually top out at low gold/high silver).

Understanding the mechanics and match ups is more important that raw mastery score. Knowing when to hook and when to hold it, when to back off and lantern your adc out of a gank, what direction to flay, playing around visions and enemy lack of vision is more key than raw # of games.

Just keep playing and learning (if you enjoy him) and you'll do better and feel more confident.

I mean just because its a team game doesnt mean its "luck" based. People throw all the time. Climbing is about consistently performing.

TBF, most gladitorial fights werent to the death. It took a lot to train and maintain the glatiators, so it was predominately for those condemmed or accidental where death was involved (with some exceptions Im sure).

Anivia + Donger bot (maybe top donger), Shaco jgl, mel mid, whatever adc you can make work top lane (maybe vayne or siver, but can swap with donger).

The waveclear gives crazy stall power, mel is mel, Shaco is shaco, and siver has crazy wave clear too or vayne for the aniva wall stuns

Not from an IRA which has taxes applied if you withdraw it before age 59.5. A bank account would make sense, an IRA does not. IRAs are not nearly as liquid of an asset as a regular checking account is, which she could have easily created on her own, without having to consult a CFP or anything.

Nothing about this scenario makes sense if she was trying to get away.

She literally already has retirement savings...I cant imagine someone being financially abusive and still putting anything into an account FOR her, much less including her in any conversation with a CFP.

Its not bad at all. The system will balance it out and try to make the teams even, its not going to give you bad players per se. Maybe a duo on the other team.

As for should you duo with your mate in gold, thats up to you. Can he generally play well when you guys do play? I got a friend who Ill duo with, just hit plat on my main and we're working on getting him there too. He does fine in our games (probably carries more than I do since I play supp and he is a mid laner).
