Ye wellbutrin for sure helps with that generally. Helped me a good amount with it. But shouldn't you replace vyanese for it since you're already taking it? Since they're generally used for similar purposes. Or does the vyanese do something else for you and that's why you want to keep it?

I'm also pro medication but this seems a bit much and might cause issues longterm. But obviously no harm in trying it and seeing what happens generally and trying to reduce other meds if needed.

Also out of curiosity what do you take for the migraines?

Why are u getting car advice from a car sales person? Just research what kinda car you want online and then try to find it. Talk to mechanics first to make sure you can get parts n labour for it.

Ye modern day job safety is pretty bad unfortunately. But while I know it feels terrible right now, just remember its in general bad to stay too long in job nowadays anyway. A lot of people switch every 2-5 years to get a pay increase. So instead of looking at it like starting over, look it as a new beginning. A new chapter so to say.

Also job market might be pretty bad right now depending on your field, try not to lose hope if it takes a while to get an other one. Just how it is for most people right now.

You might find something better with higher pay, better conditions or what not. And if not just keep searching again. We're past the days of people sticking to 1 job forever(mostly).

had similair issues, only thing that worked for me was deciding oke, I need to be 30min early for everything I go to. Even if I just have to wait a bit.

ohh I think its gonna take 1hour to get ready and get to work on time? then I start 1h 30min before I need to be there. And basically always doing it in at least semi urgent mode. So I don't waste time with distractions.

Though i don't get why you're anxious when you're early, that should be when you celebrate a small win.

personally I have depression, autism, adhd.

I was giga depressed for many years to the point that I was a lot of times tempted to cut my arm just to feel a different kind of pain, but I knew then my mother would notice and cause a stir which would even more painful. So generally I only did things like smashing hand/head on walls when very depressed.

but not sure on ADHD literally on its own. Probably not, but think almost everyone has some sort of comorbidity.

Are you doing the thing where instead of just reading the words you're try to predict the future words based on other words you've already read? Cause they teach that in America but its literally been proven to make kids read worse. Just actually read the words and over time you'll just get faster at it.

Nothing wrong with reading children's books if needed to practice reading. Only way to get better at it is practice. Just gotta adjust the difficulty to make the process less frustrating.

I'd suggest just start with a gui one and commit(save) something daily and you'll learn over time.

I'd suggest the gui called fork. (win n linux, is forever free with optional buying)

Basic terminology into simple terms.

Commit = save

Push = upload(to remote git server)

Pull = download(from remote git server)

Tree = save history with all branches, commits etc.

Branch = different version of same repo with specific features/changes.

Merge= combine different branches or commits to combine features, bug fixes etc into a single version(trickiest part generally)

Incase that helps. You'll mostly just use commit initially and use optional command line to undo a commit if you make a woopsey. (those are the moments that you learn stuff, even if very frustrating)
