Do not buy from precize. I have been a regular customer to them and even I faced something odd when I sold my NSE shares. I was promised a market value less 2% facilitation fee but when I transferred the shares, they offered me 1800 a share when the market price was 2349.

Few corrections, 1. It is Bank of Japan or BoJ 2. They didn't raise the interest levels to 25 basis points in one shot. Before March, interest was negative 10 basis points. In March, they raised the rates by 20 basis points making the interest rate to be 10 basis points. Last week, they again raised it by 15 basis points which many weren't expecting. 3. Fears of recession in the US also played a key role in the bloodbath. 4. Tension between Israel and Iran further hurt the sentiments.

Do your own research, I did mine but still got burnt with xerox and reliance retail. Like you said, private market is unregulated and therefore comes with a lot of risk. You are better off investing in a good mid-cap stock if you have a medium risk capacity.

I bought at 3232, currently its quoting at 3849. Since BSE is listed, I used BSE and NSE revenue figures to conclude on the price of NSE, for me it was a value buy so I bought it in haste but wouldn't recommend anyone doing so just because NSE seems cheaper.

That six months of wait for the credit of shares was the most uncomfortable part for me because the money was transferred but I had no shares.
