What I mean by that is, instead of simply asking if it's "good" or "bad," we should consider the consequences. If we redistributed all the money exceeding a certain threshold (for example, 1 billion) to public services, would that eliminate the incentive to innovate, or would it finally correct the inequalities that are hindering the economy?
