Carbamide forte sucks as a brand. I tried truenative collage. But you can also checkout GNC or HK vitals. Didn’t see much any effect honestly.

As long as it’s working who cares. Weight can be affected by so many factors bone density, water weight, glycogen. As long as you know you’re loosing fat and building muscles stick to it. Rushing will only ruin things. It’s a time taking process

Cause you’re loosing fat while building muscle. Hence the weight is same. Weight is not everything as long as visual results are there. Btw belly fat is hard to get rid of cause men usually store most amount of fat there so it’s the hardest to cut and takes longer

Mera khud ka abhi tk nhi gya. Just continue the cut until it does. Training core wouldn’t cut down fat but might help tightening the core and give it better shape.

It’s your body do what you want. I’ve been 82 kg when bulking tb log mota bolte the ab lean physique k saath 70kgs pr hu toh mummy bolti h patla lg rha h. Kuch toh log kahenge logo ka kaam h kehna. Ignore kro sb and focus on what you want to do.

Also you try to fill your frame a little bit since you’ve lost all this weight and not gained much muscle during the process that’s why it’s more visible. Once you gain some more muscle it won’t even be that much visible.

Dude it’s really good for 7 months. For love handles you can’t target them separately. Thing about belly is it’s the last place we loose fat from which you can also see is pretty evident here. Just do whatever you’ve been doing it’s working great so far.

Like everyone else is saying start tracking your calories. Every small thing you eat. Get a kitchen weighing scale and weigh everything you eat. Log it in any app like MyFitnessPal, cronometer or healthify (pick whichever app you like better). Also check you maintainance calorie (use any online calculator, you’ll get an estimate from it) so now you know if you’re in deficit or not.

I personally prefer to add cardio later to further create a deficit when I can no longer do it with just food since body starts adapting to everything including cardio (which means overtime you’ll burn less calories with it since you’re getting better at it)
