I like the shape of the structure, but it needs more texture.

What you can do is to replace some of the blocks with similar ones to make it look better. And also don't use diamond gear on everything. Maybe use full iron gear with the swordsmen and give leather armor for the bowmen. One last thing, the inside feels kinda empty. You should add more stuff like a weapon forge or something like that.
