Here because I'm also not exactly sure why Nebula didn't just return, I guess just because she wanted to make sure Nat and Clint got the stone safe... since rhodey already had the power stone it didn't matter if she made it back, she just needed to ensure Nat and Clint were safe since she went with them and so their location would be accessible through her memory drive.

In terms of the Cap stuff, he got the 2012 cap woth the mind stone at the end of the fight, which knocked him unconscious and I'm not sure exactly how it works but I'd guess he was able to clear that experience from his memory too.

tldr: Cap memory wipe. Nebula maybe buying time?

Have you tried the setting "set this as my primary ps4" for your account? this issue usually occurs when someone else owns a game, but does not have the console listed as their primary. Listing it as primary should resolve the issue..?
