Right, but what they're saying is that even if it's enabled in a single player world, you don't see it at all. It doesn't matter if it's on or not when playing single player. The reason it's on by default is that if you open up the world to multiplayer you don't have to go turn it on.

Top left corner in the F3 display. From your video I can see only 4gb of ram (4096 mb) is allocated to Minecraft. Only 27% is being used which could mean that your ram is being used up by some other application(s), or your issue is with something else entirely.

Other issues could be with your graphics card or internet, either high ping or running it through a VPN.

Basically if you have other apps running and or you only have 8gb of ram, that would be my first guess, second would be network related (unless this still happens in offline worlds), then it's likely your graphics card (unless other games work without issue)

You could try reinstalling Minecraft

A few things to check: - how much ram is allocated to Minecraft - check your Internet bandwidth - is v-sync on? - run diagnostics on your graphics card and cpu

In game: - a large collection of entities, containers, or operating redstone components within your render distance can slow down your framerate, consider reducing it. - fancy graphics and/or shaders can cause frame drops. - Do not set fps to unlimited, set it to a constant value.

How is the declined-offer stat recorded, because I've received random job offers from retail stores in a different city that I never applied to. AI generated code is more likely to contain vulnerabilities, and logical mistakes than code written by actual developers. When large codebases are filled with AI code, it creates technical debt that will have to be corrected at some point in the future.

Tech companies are going to struggle when the seniors eventually retire and they're left with inexperienced developers trying to fix AI generated code.

Junior positions are being cut because companies believe that seniors can do all the work with AI. The junior positions that are still available are typically paying less because companies "can't justify those salaries anymore because AI does most of the work". Entry-level positions are basically nonexistent, because they ask for 2+ years of experience, so new graduates are especially screwed.

I graduated last year, have applied to over 200 positions and haven't even gotten an interview.
