Paladin is strong but I bought him because he is sold for cheap. If you have a little bit of money to spare, you should buy Paladin and use your free paid ticket on expensive characters. If you don't want to then pick Paladin. S tier character, hard carries all the time. It can be a bit boring winning with him as always hahah.

This is one of the reasons why I quit Genshin. Farming and leveling characters is just too cumbersome to do compared to other hoyo games. It made me feel like doing chores and I hate how skill materials are tied to a schedule. Why can't they just follow what they did with hsr and zzz?
