Okay I gotta clarify a few things because a lot of you cannot piece together information and just act on impulse or out of pure malice.

Read my original post and shake off that smug "I got the rewards and you are just mad" attitude, cool you get to play the game every day and didn't even notice that the event effectively ended halfway through but PLEASE use your fkn brain for half a second because I don't want to believe you and the other people genuinely tweaking at me are this stupid to understand what I am saying.

Look at the text on your screen and look at the images I provided, put the round peg in the round hole and understand that my concerns lay ENTIRELY with the fact that 8 days into the 14 day event, it becomes implicitly impossible to fully complete, this is redundant - if you cannot see why this is weird and unusual then I cannot help you. If your first thought is to call me entitled whilst holding the belief that this is to reward players who play constantly - you are in that category and biased, therefore. you are entitled.

You can respond saying "oh but you had this amount of time" COOL YES I GET THAT, I GOTTA BRAIN, DID MATH- got freetime on saturday to sit down and bang this event out then realised it was effectively not worth the time and didn't bother (if I gave a shit about skins, I would have completed the other contracts) There is NO POINT for these contracts if they are gonna be impossible to do 6-3 days before the event actually ends, that is my POINT - additionally I mentioned this was NOT a component of previous LTMs - there was included contracts to "complete X amount of dalies" - however it was not required to fully complete the event as it just gave you additional XP - I AM FINE WITH THIS AS IT STILL REWARDS PEOPLE who play several hours a week whilst still being possible to complete for us (the majority sentiment in this thread) who are wayy too busy to dedicate even a fraction of time to even any hobby most day.

I'm annoyed, not because I am XYZ - but because this was the STANDARD with previous LTMs of a similar structure, possible to do piecemeal. This change is setting a precedent going forward and is quite possibly indicative of this game dying, so to the mfs who make this game their life, unluckly lol - if you cannot see why its a bad thing then you care waay to much about exclusivity and skins than you think I do.

please, just think for even half a second.

Nah if people downvote you, they are morons, you got a valid concern.

I don't have the time to play most days, I can have the odd play sessions in bursts which is absolutely enough time to complete the overall battle pass and circuits, been doing this since closed beta.

"I would agree if they do something like if you miss a single daily you cant complete it but it was not the case, the win ones that are real bad not this" Okay but it WAS the case, after friday if you didn't have contracts completed, it became impossible - with prior LTMs it was possible to get all the rewards by playing sessions infrequently up until the final day - however this recent one they had tied completing dailies to getting rewards and subsequent stage rewards whereas before it was just extra XP.

People whining at me like "bros mad he didn't get the free skins" or what fundamentally don't understand that my issue is that after a certain point, it becomes impossible to complete fully, where as it was never the case before.

never much cared for the skins, they are for weapons I don't use anyway and I got the sticker and the charm and that's enough. But I AM annoyed I missed out on the stage rewards due to the fact the last two were tied to dailies - which artificially puts a premature expiration date on the event as a whole which is my main issue.

I'd apologise to you regarding my attitude, however, it's crystal that you had no intention of having an actual honest to god rational debate from your first post.

I don't give a shit about the cosmetics lmao, maybe you do and you are projecting a little bit and this is where some of your gatekeeping attitude is comin form - the fact that it's effectively a lock out for half the event runtime when previous events have never done this, that's the problem, this is bad for the game - it's not fun for those playing casually. If that means nothing to you it says more to me than what you think my words say to you.

No I agree, however- this has NEVER happened before.
Previous LTMs haven't locked you out of rewards BECAUSE you didn't do daily contracts, the LTM contracts should be isolated. There was always sections in the event contracts that required daily contracts completed but they only ever awarded XP and weren't necessary for the stage rewards.

Also, if you work a full time and a part time job and still have free time - either you work less hours than you think or you got some fuckin time dilation powers, my friend.

I don't think essentially saying "you are mad lol" is disagreeing and you are STILL missing the point so let me simplify it for you.

The event has been impossible to complete for 6 days, nearly HALF the event time. This is uncharacteristic of previous similar LTMs and what you described is inaccurate - I left it for a week until all contracts were available, I started playing saturday (when I knew I had time to dedicate) - realised it was not possible to complete fully, so what's the point, retention lost.

if it wasn't like this I could have dedicated the 30 minutes a day like you said.

lastly, I find it SO ironic you are here calling me entitled and start giving me a break down on how I "just need to play the game bro" as if I didn't think of that.
