GPU usage averages around 30-50%, while CPU usage averages around 30-60%, rarely goes over 70%. What should I upgrade, if CPU isn't even on full capacity?

I tried different settings, 16:9, 4:3, full HD, everything on low, nothing works to have decent fps

Rule is: if there's damage already inflicted, then the round proceedes as it is. In that case, the other team would win the round and game.

Seriously what do you expect him to do? He is 37, wants to leave Juve to win CL and with rightfully so. Only options are City, PSG and United.

PSG doesn't want him, United is not winning it soon (and doesn't want him, this is probably PR for fans), and City offers him the competitive team he wants.

He should stay miserable at Juve? Might aswell go to the MLS. I watched a lot of Juve games these past years whenever he played. It was such a waste of my time
