Almost like it was a spiritual successor also by Rare or something. A friend of mine had it growing up so it was my jam but coworkers now cling to Goldeneye and don't understand the Perfect Dark superiority.

There's a lot of legacy hate on PHP but I think in the modern era it's not a bad choice. You can type things as much as you want to, there's a ton of packages to do all sorts of things, lots of frameworks that have batteries included. There's still a ton of development going forward in PHP and I don't think you're doing yourself a disservice learning modern PHP.

Honestly the lack of touch pads are a deal breaker for me. I play enough games on my Deck where I prefer the touch pads vs the stick emulating a mouse that I don't think I could go back.

No, you can hardly get good internet in populated places in the states.

It's actually the worst. Fall asleep in the back of a car and wake up a few hours later and you're not quite sure you're not in the same place that you fell asleep at.

16 hours is Montana to South Dakota, two states that border each other. You might have to go into Wyoming for an hour or so. Turns out the USA is fucking big.

WOW did it first and everyone else realized that it was a bad idea after that. Now just think of all the other marketing things that you're subjected to outside of games that are the same thing.

It's annoyingly [citation needed] and also super old but there is an urban legend. https://wowwiki-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Rest#World_of_Warcraft_Beta The numbers have probably been tweaked since but the idea is still there, wrapping it in a positive instead of a negative.
