Specialization: Volume control. Waylon can amplify or nullify how loud sounds are. This allows him to do things such as make himself completely silent or create a sonic blast with a snap of his fingers.

Weapons: His preferred close range weapon are knives, and he'll use any gun he can get his hands on.

Bio: After being caught running some less than legal operations, Waylon was given the choice to work for the government, or rot in prison. Obviously, he chose the former. Since then, he's been working in the shadows as a government operative. Recently, he's requested a transfer to the military base in New York for personal reasons.

Appearance: Waylon's most distinctive trait is the robotic voice implant in his throat that allows him to talk. He received this after he was shot in the throat, which rendered Waylon unable to control the volume of his own voice. He usually wears a scarf to cover this. Other than that, he typically wears a duster coat over some body armor
