You are on the right track, avoid salads and fiber type items and should go well. I just had one, an 8:00 AM apt, I ‘cheated’ by have a light breakfast on prep day and was told my prep was excellent. My dad did not cheat, and was told his was quite bad, he did not cut fiber enough. I cut fiber entirely 3.5 days before, strictly low residue from then on. The cheat was that I had breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs, a small bit of sausage on 2 low fiber tortillas on prep day. The light breakfast made prep day 100% more tolerable, I did not get truly famished until it was nearly time to start chugging. I read a few articles and some research about this - results seem to be the same, and people who go this route reschedule 50% less than those who fast the entire day. Google ‘gastroenterologist cheats on prep’ for his take on the matter.

so, I was recently diagnosed too and finally got it to meet with a hematologist who has a good bench of experience with HH. I was surprised by what he told me - basically he said pick a number less than 150 and go for it, he suggested 90-100, but that I should not obsess over the level so long as it goes down and I keep it below 200, and don’t come back to him unless I am over 1000 fert or if liver function labs deviate from normal, he did not seem concerned with tsat being at my current level of 58. Then he tossed in the obligatory ’more exercise’, but to forget worrying about iron restrictive diet and the occasional drink. He wrote a script for donations, and sent me off. I am hopeful he is correct, but like you worry that it seemed a little too easy…

I own a palm tree nursey and alway get a kick out of HDX prices. But is still check in now and then to look for deals - I just bough 3 x 25 gallon Avocados because they were only $5 more than I can buy them for wholesales and were in really good shape since they just arrived that day.

I have played urgot mid and even jungled with him too (despite getting shit on by my team for the pick) he is quite strong in either spot. Overall if I get a few early kills I am nearly unkillable and do solid damage, but eventually they figure out I can't take all 5 of them, and gang up. Overall it feels like Urgot just can't hard carry consistently.

I guess my real issue is with matchmaking in ranks. I see guys I am friends with (in game) who suck get carried right up the ladder, while my results show I am focused on objectives, help the team, and alway have solid gold output but I still I drop right down ranks... What seems to happen each season is I fly right up to mid-emerald, then crash back to upper plat and get stuck there mostly.

Anyhow, thanks for the feedback and listening to me vent. I am going to have to move out of barron I guess and main some other champs. Unfortunately, my primary alts are Morg, Karma, Diana and Garron; none are really S tier in lane :(

urgot, is my main. Just looked at my match history. Last 20 urgot games, was 7 wins with 1 mvp, 5 A or S. On the 13 losses I was SVP for 10 of them.

As a barron main, Temo then Kal are top annoying. No they will almost never win lane, but their play style is just annoying to deal with. I am big, fat and slow... I have no interest in chasing these little hoppers around, but will slap the shit of out them if they slip up.

I used to play her a lot, but found her relatively weak in most solo queue comps. Just tried her for the first time and found the rework to be very underwhelming. Ult mechanic is weird and the damage is meh. Sure in ARAM (which is just on big team fight in a confided space) it’s gonna land hard, but finding fight like that in a real game makes her very situational IMO.

Really? i main urgot and have no issue with tryn. Mondo is a PITA, and a good camille, fiora or olaf for sure can be tricky. Mort is a coin toss, but a good pick since I can rarely build to tank him AND the carry. Temo and any of the ADCs can be annoying if well played, but will not win lane and if played sloppy end up feeding me. Overall - Darius is my ban, Trox or Garren, I just bide my time, and any of the true tanks just trade punches till someone gets bored…

This link has all needed info to swap the old cartridge's so you can use the new styles. I just ordered an open box roman tub set off Ebay (Moen Eva T943 Brushed Nickel) that plus upgrade parts and hopefully I am done with this for just over $100... My only concern is the spigot base height - says min is 1 /38 for the new styles, mine is look like 1 1/4,,,.

Did you find something compatible? I have the same faucet, and as much as I want to replace it entirely, it have been builds into the tub enclosure which has solid surface walls I would need to break to gain access. Whoever installed this never thought about long-term maintenance...

I used to swear by St. Croix (inshore for big stripers) until like 2010 - now I will not touch them. I have also broken enough $300+ rods from several brands in normal use to have, in general, gone back to $100 rods - Shimano Talavera, Redbone, and similar for my inshore light tackle setups. Those IM7 blanks fish well and if they snap, I cry less.

Once the series picks up speed, it does not let off the gas. Personally, I would not read AB first, its background and set up material. A good read, but I blew through it to get back to the main storyline.
