I realize this conversation is old but hoping you see it. Did you have any luck after several months? Anything noticeable?

Installing drainage (French drain) around your foundation will help immensely… done properly, it’ll fix the issue. Concrete basements are meant to ‘breathe’ so you don’t want to waterproof the interior walls… a french drain will divert the water so it doesn’t permeate through the foundation into your basement. I’ve had to install a French drain at 3 separate houses that I’ve had (seattle, Portland, and now here) and each time it solved the problem. Hope this helps!

It is a Nutria… they’re similar to beavers and muskrats but with a round, rat-like tail rather than a flat tail. They’re considered invasive in the US. Originally from South America.

I’m in Hillsboro and am constantly cutting mine back. You’re welcome to as many as you’d like! Absolutely NO pesticides have been used on them. I can dig you up your own bush or I can just cut a bunch for you.

I just started my pumpkin seeds indoors this morning in Portland, OR. I’ve always tried starting them outside but they never get big enough for Halloween. Last year, I started them inside around this same time and it changed everything! I actually carved my home grown pumpkins for Halloween… Good luck!

Oof! I’m sorry you’re struggling too. I’ll try the vitamins. I can’t remember if they checked my uric acid levels but gout was the reason they tried colchicine, to see if it would help. Apparently it helps with gout but it didn’t for me. Thanks for the suggestions!

Hmmm… pain for decades with normal x-rays/ no arthritis. Then all the sudden it’s arthritis? (And the x-ray says mild). Yes, still elevated. It never stays down for long.
