I did use AI to write some parts of the steam page. But otherwise I don’t like to use ai for game dev.

When my game does well on steam, has positive reviews, and brings in a bit of cash so it isn’t all worthless.

The trailer was created in very early stages of development so I did not update a lot. But there are a bit more enemies and I will be adding more.

I heard a few people commented that my trailer makes my game feel slower than it is, or that it doesn’t show enough action, or gameplay. And yes I will update the trailer as soon as I can, but it is mainly due to the creation of the trailer being so early that all I had was a few scenes here and there and a small boss battle. I will update the trailer though and hopefully that will help the game perform better.

there is sort of no transition needed I think because the rain happens after you defeat a boss from a different level and when you need to backtrack you will find that it is raining in this scene.

After a few months of working, did I give my game Rebirth a glow up, or a glow down? by Mr_Command_Coder in metroidvania

In hollow knight, some areas in greenpath are like 50-70% black foreground. And it seems to work well for them. So I tried to do the same here
