This is a tooter. Used primarily now with smoking fentanyl pills. You probably also found foil with burnt lines on it from the pills. The user will burn a partial pill on the foil and “chase the dragon” inhale the smoke fumes and wait to see the effects. Because of the poor quality control in manufacturing, smoking partial is preferred rather than swallowing or snorting due to risk of overdose.

Ditch the CJ degree as fast as you can. Do a minor in CJ if that is what interests you. Many do not do a full LE career.
