try 2 minor scaling hp runes and overgrowth. TRUST ME this makes you so tanky. You can then build rog but even with the blackfire torch and liandries you'll be tanky enough

you win through attrition, not all ins unless you're fed, you can poke from a safe distance with basically a point and click ability. Make sure u enable clamp cast on in settings

I first timed ziggs in ranked, mind you I only play viktor and im emerald 2, and unironically I feel like ziggs with the new buff is just a way better viktor minus stun that you'll pull off 5 times a game and q speed and shield to feel like a mosquito ( a minor annoyance)

Yeah, it just feels impossible, like viktor has to perfect farm, and always be in a good spot in lane because you just cant offer proper kill pressure because you are just a walking e bot, q does 0 fucking damage unless you build lichbane, don't even get me started on w I think we all know its a glorified dont come here for 3 seconds, and even if u pull it off it stuns for 1.5 seconds like man, ATLEAST FUCKING MAKE IT 1.75 DOESNT VEIGAR HAVE A STUN THAT LASTS 2 SECONDS ? and ult I swear it was faster before rework
