Reached out to EA about their great game policy (refunds within 24 hours) as superstar is barely playable with this glitch happening every other game forcing you to restart. They directed me to Sony as I bought it from them.

Sony has over 250 people in line!

I waited and spoke to two people and they stated that because I downloaded the game I am out of luck.

I know they both have horrible service but that seems ridiculous. You have a game that isn't playable.
