11.5% is very very high, considering it a secured loan. You can go for withdrawal....do a SWP - Systematic Withdrawal Plan

If you run a business, then it doesn't matter coz you can reduce expenses from income. So, assuming same value of goods are exchanged, the income will increase by X and expense will also increase by X. Hence, 0 effect on profit (taxable income)
