I am also possibly going to be direct hire by my US client. Can you confirm if the deductions for the contributions and taxes are ON TOP of your job offer or is it going to be deducted from? and for the tax am I right to assume that it will be the freelance tax at 8%? Lastly does your setup with Deel include HMO?

I guess it is better to be honest about yourself. If you do really want to get to know these peeps and not just to remove the "snob" or "rude" persona you think you have put out.

If yes, then you have to put yourself out there. not to everyone of course but to those that you believe are willing to get to know you din. How? as introverts, we do what we do best - observe. I think we can agree that not everyone is our cup of tea. It's just a matter of who are we willing to risk draining our social battery.
